You do not need to live/be from Ohio. Drop Rep Slaby a note, saying you are writting to support HB108, Nitro's Law. You are from (state/country) and have heard about this horrible situation, and do not want to see it happen to another pet.

I think if the Reps know there are people in other states/countries who are paying attention, maybe they will pass it this time!

What is even worse, if that can be imagined, is that Nitro was not even his dog. It was a boarding/training facility. at least 2 of the dogs he killed were supposed to be training for police work, 1 a guide dog, a couple (including Nitro)were being boarded, because of family crisis, that kept the dog stable, or so they thought. That was just unconscionable, IMO. One dog was from Germany, was being trained using German. Understood no english. The cops shot him, when he came after them in his half-starved delerium.
I know what I would do, were I ever to meet him. It would not stop with the graffiti on his building ("I kill dogs").
